Our Chaffing Dishes use a water bath & the water is heated from 2 Gel Burners underneath to keep food hot.
Each dish comes with Gel Burners x2 & Pan x1 to place food in. Ideal for buffets for serving hot food , Stew, Chilli, Rice, etc.
